We are following guidance from the government with regard to holiday accommodation.
A: Our booking calendar will be open for all dates beyond the review date as government guidance can change quickly.
Q: What happens if I make a booking for later in the year and we either remain in the current lockdown or new COVID-19 travel restrictions are implemented?
A: All future bookings affected by Government Mandatory Travel Restrictions due to COVID-19, will be offered a postponement to a date of your choosing or a full refund
Q: What extra health measure do you have in place to protect me as a guest?
A: We have completed a detailed COVID-19 risk assessment and put in place enhanced cleaning protocols. Slight changes to our operational procedures, and social distancing measures, in line with the new Visit Britain industry standard ‘Good to Go’ accreditation, to protect both our guests and our team.
